By accessing or purchasing from Rechapa, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All products displayed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update prices, product details or policies at any time without prior notice. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Rechapa is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Privacy Policy

Rechapa respects your privacy. Any personal information provided, including your name, phone number, email address and delivery details, is used strictly to process orders and improve customer experience. We do not sell, share or disclose your personal information to third parties except where required to complete delivery or comply with legal obligations.

Refund & Return Policy

At Rechapa, customer satisfaction matters, but we do not offer cash refunds.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item is unused
• The original tags are still attached
• The clothing is intact and in its original condition

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, it will be exchanged for another item of equal value. If the preferred replacement item costs more, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Items that are worn, damaged or returned without tags will not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Delivery within Lagos and other locations is completed within 2–5 working days after order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary due to location or logistics factors.
• Customers may also choose to pick up their orders at Oregun, Ikeja. Pickup details will be shared after order confirmation.
• Rechapa is not responsible for delays caused by third party delivery services, but we will always assist with tracking and support.
